Mentorship Request page has "The page you were looking for doesn't exist." error

Description
Here's the flow of events:
- I signed up as a user
- filled out my profile (except for bio)
- went to mentors page
- selected Mike G
- clicked request mentorship
- filled out mentorship request form and hit submit
- I was taken to my dashboard page
- I clicked on "Manage mentorship requests"
- From there it shows my name as a link and a date next to it so I clicked that.
