Description
I'm in the UK, I'm a mentor...and there are no flags for me on the map on the homepage. It looks like only US people.

We've fixed the map to be more clear - when you're logged in, it will show things geographically related to you. We'll move to HTML5 geolocation with ip fallback shortly.
