Description

Had a new mentor request, typed in a response, but forgot to flip it to "approved" so it's in the default "defer" state. Saved my change, and now there doesn't appear to be any way for me to get back to that request to modify it to "approved".

it won't happen in the future. The email links still work to recover the request.
